Chocolate Biscuits (Flat)
105g plain flour
75g butter/margarine
75g castor sugar
3 dsp egg (beaten)
A little diluted evaporated milk
45g cocoa powder

Chocolate cupcakes
150g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
50g butter
50g castor sugar
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla essence
50g of cocoa powder
A little diluted evaporated milk

Butter Cookies
(a) 125g of butter
60g of sugar
(b) 25g of egg
150g of flour
¼ salt
Mix butter and sugar.
Put the rest evenly.

Muffins
125g butter
75g sugar
1 egg
170g self-raising flour

Procedure
Add butter and sugar together beat until it is yellowish in colour
Add 1 egg to the mixture and continue beating
Sieve the flour and add it to the mixture. Beat it well. Mix then divide them.
Chocolate cookies
100g butter
50g caster sugar
50g brown sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
200g plain flour
Pinch of salt
½ baking soda (teaspoon)
½ chopped nuts (teaspoon)
100g chocolate chips.

Here some other recipes. :D

Peanut cookies

Put all together
¾ bowl of ground nut oil
¾ bowl of icing sugar
1 bowl of sieved flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 bowl of peanuts
1 or more egg for glazing

Procedure
1.) After putting all together, add some corn oil to mix it well.
2.) Put it in the oven for 15 mins
3.) Serve.
Extra information
Add ground nut if you want it to taste better (optional)

Pineapple tarts
220g butter
80g of icing sugar
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
350g flour (sieved)
2 tablespoon of milk powder

Dearest Home Economics Members,
Home economics will be postponed to tomorrow (1st Feb 2008). 1.00-2.00pm.
Remember to bring your
-Cap
-Apron
-Kitchen towels
-Container or plastic bags.
Here are come recipes of the food we have done previously.

Egg basket
12 slices of bread
50g butter
8 eggs
¼ cup cream
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoon chopped chives
½ cup of grated cheese
200g chicken (cut into cubes)
½ red capsicum, diced
250g cherry tomatoes (cut into half)
Procedure
1.) Cut crust of bread slices; flatten each piece with a rolling pin.
2.) Spread butter over one side of each slice and press slices into a 12-holes muffin pan, butter sided facing down.
3.) Combined eggs, cream, herbs, and cheese ina large jug.
4.) Place chicken among bread cases, pour eggs mixture over top, scatter with capsicum and tomato halves.
5.) Cook in a moderately hot oven (190 degrees Celsius) for about 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
6.) Serve.

Honey Cornflakes
250g cornflakes
100g chopped nuts
Mix then let it melt together
125g honey
100g sugar
125g butter
Procedure
1.) boil water.
2.) put all mixture into a tray
3.) when water boils, put tray on the pot of boiling water
4.) mix the mixture well.
5.) put in paper cup (small)
6.) put in oven for 15 mins (190 degrees Celsius)
7.) Serve.
Extra information
Add chopped almond to the mixture if you want it to taste better.(optional)

E clairs
65g plain flour
a pinch of salt
1 level tsp baking powder
125ml of water
25g butter
1 1/2 eggs

Mocked cream
50g butter
40g castor sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 heap tsp of corn flour
125ml milk

Chocalate galce icing
100g icing sugar
1 tbsp boiling water
1 level tbsp cocoa

mdm anita says that we gonna do rendang and ayam masak merah.a malay dish.so you will need to bring 2 containers, aprons, caps and towels.
be there by 1.30pm.
